Without using any medical terms  PTSDS is an event in your life that now lingers as a memory in your head and dominates your thinking and feeling. While everybody agrees in these days (finally !) that PTSDS is real and does exist, an effective  treatment remains as elusive as ever. So what to do with memories, that are so powerful that they seemingly dominate everything in our mind?
